Walter L. Price, of Lewes, DE, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Feb. 4, 2019. He was 71.

He was born February 3, 1948 in Chester, PA to the late Elmer and Lucia Price.

Mr. Price was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and had worked for the State of Florida. He loved to travel.

He was predeceased by two brothers, John Price and Robert Price.

He is survived by a daughter, Melanie Price; two brothers, Dennis (Pam) Price, and Ken Price; and his sister-in-law and dear friend, Eileen Price.

Services and interment will be privately held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of the VA and Delaware Hospice for the excellent care that they provided to Walter.
