Susan Courtney Crowder Monroe, of Clayton, DE has passed away at an unknown age leaving behind two amazing daughters, Heather & Tiffany, a stepson, John Monroe, and five amazing grandchildren, Alastair, Archibald, Adelyn, Logan & Madison. Courtney also left behind too many loving friends & family to count or mention.

Born in Virginia to Patricia and Leroy Crowder, she was the youngest of four children and the wildest one; always making trouble! She came to Delaware where her life started in the 80s, and this is where she left us. Gone too soon, but she would tell us all to keep going and stop crying, because life doesn't stop.

Please join us at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, on Saturday November 23, 2024, for a celebration of Courtney. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM with Remembrance Services at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
