Robbin Gail Powell passed away on January 6, 2021 comforted by her daughters, Heather and Brandy.

Robbin was born November 16, 1960 to Rudolph and Phyllis Powell of Quinby, Virginia.  She lived most of her life on the Eastern Shore and later moved to Dover, Delaware.  Robbin had the biggest smile, best hugs and loved with her whole heart.  She was the most supportive, loving Mom to her children and the funnest playmate to her grandkids.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Heather Callaway (Jason), Brandy Street (Brien) and their father Winkie Fitchett; Julie Gann, John Martinski, Jessica Martinski and their father Marty Martinski; grandchildren Ariel (James), Megan (Robert), Daisey (Tyler), Brayden, Brycen, and Wyatt; great grandson Brantley; brothers Dennis Powell (Patti) and Patrick McConville (Angie); and her nieces and nephews Heath, Nathan, Patrick, Candice, and Jenny.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Michael McConville.

A memorial service with family and friends will be held in Virginia at a later date.
