Peter Bonsignore, 75, of Townsend DE, died Thursday May 9, 2013 surrounded by loved ones. Pete was born Jan. 16, 1938 to the late Vincent and Josephine Bonsignore in Brooklyn, NY. He is survived by his wife Patricia with whom he was married 53 years in Valley Stream NY before relocating to Delaware in 2003. Pete is survived by his three children: Peter (Barbara), Barbara (James), Paul (Michele), and their families; and his nine grandchildren: Robert, Samantha, Peter, James, Michael, Joseph, Anthony, Dena and Leah. Pete has a large extended family and long list of friends that loved and admired him. He was devoted to his family, to his wife, to his children, grandchildren and his friends. He is loved and will be missed dearly by all. Services will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday May 14 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where a viewing will be held from 4-7:00 PM.
