Peggy Louise Buffington, of Smyrna, DE, passed away on May 3, 2018. She was 69.

She was born in Gettysburg, PA on September 26, 1948, the daughter of the late Ruth Evelyn Lear and John Emmert Miller.

Peggy was an avid pool player who played four nights a week and played in Las Vegas three times with APA Delaware. She also loved her two cats at home very much!

She is survived by her husband, E.T. Buffington, of Smyrna; a daughter, Kim Gross, of Carlisle, PA; her bonus son, Bobby Buffington, of Dover, DE; her bonus daughter, Barbara (Pat) Cleveland, of Wilmington, DE; a granddaughter, Amanda (Justin) Page, of Carlisle, PA; and her bonus granddaughter, Janie Lynn Buffington, of Delmar, DE; great-grandchildren, Nick, Jordyn, and Addyson Page; her siblings, JoAnne (Barry) Bashore, of Bethel PA; Elaine (Donald) Swain, of Carlisle, PA; Ralph Miller, of Shippensburg, PA; and Debbi (Charles) Aughinbaugh, of Buchanan, PA; and many dear friends.

A gathering & celebration of life will be held 6:30 PM Friday May 18 at the Middletown VFW Post 3792, 5695 Summit Bridge Rd, Townsend, DE 19734.
