Patricia Day Natale of Smyrna, Delaware and formerly of Lititz, PA and Rhinebeck, NY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at home surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born October 30, 1936, in Lewiston, Maine. Patricia graduated from The University of Maine and the University of Michigan, where she received her Master's degree in Speech Pathology.  She was a Speech Therapist for 36 years and very much enjoyed working with children and seeing their progress.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, puzzles and many different crafts such as dying materials, knitting, scrap booking and making maple syrup.

Patricia was preceded in death by Alfred, her beloved husband of 33 years, her parents Herbert and Gertrude (Cote') Day and her sister Beverly (Tom) Ulberg.

She is survived by her son, Michael Natale, her daughter & son-in-law Deanna and Thomas Tardive, her grandson, Antonio Tardive, her sister Carmen (Larry) Albright, her brothers Buddy Day, Ron (Donna) Day, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 27th from 2 - 4pm at the Mathew-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 West Commerce Street, Smyrna, DE.  The family will be hosting a repass after services.
