Norma D. Blevins, 89, of Clayton, DE passed away on Thursday December 28, 2023.

She was born August 29, 1934 in Lego, WV, the daughter of the late William McKinley Meadows and Oma Evelyn Keaton-Meadows.

She was a volunteer for many years at the Salvation Army and then became manager.

Norma enjoyed sewing, ceramics, shopping…and more shopping. She had attended Blackiston Methodist Church and Faith Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl (Blevins) Cook and her companion Jeff Pearson, of Smyrna; sons, Keith Blevins and wife Sherri, of Clayton, and Mark Blevins, of Clayton; grandchildren, Reese Clark (Katie), Matthew Vela, Niki Rose (Joe), Casey Blevins (Mario), Crystal and  Kaela Covey; great-grandchildren, Alexus Clark, Callie Clark, Joey Rose, Olivia Rose, and Ava Vela; sisters, Margie Reynolds, Mary Tipton, and Rosa Shumate; and her companion, Jack C. Payton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Birl L. Blevins; and her brothers, Delbert, William, James, and Leslie Meadows.

Services and interment will be private.
