Nona Pamela Caswell, of Dover, passed away Monday January 21, 2013. She was 74. Mrs. Caswell was born June 17, 1938, the daughter of the late Davis and Zella Bartlett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Peggy Hogan and Mildred Simmons; and a granddaughter, Pamala Shockley Hardway. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Dale Caswell; a brother Davis Bartlett; three sons, Richard Shockley and his wife Shirley; Jessie Caswell and his wife Eloise; and Jeff Caswell and his wife Shannon; two grandchildren, Jeremy and Emily; and three great-grandchildren.
