Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Morris Ipnar passed away peacefully on Thursday November 8, 2018.

She was born in Wilkinsburg, PA on February 24, 1931 to the late Elizabeth Morris Daughterty and George R. Morris.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert, and her sister Pat Jones Martz.

She is survived by a son, John Ipnar, of Smyrna, DE; daughters Jeanne Ipnar Ringer, of Piqua, OH, and Mary Beth Ipnar, of Akron, PA; a sister, Pauline Peiler, of Champaign/Urbana, IL; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Jill Ipnar, of Smyrna.

Our mother would like to thank the 3A unit at Kent General Hospital for the efficient and excellent care she received; the Osher Life Long Learning in Dover, whose staff, instructors, and members were a vital part of her life. A special thanks goes to Delaware Hospice, who's gentle souls made this journey easier.

At her request, there will be no services.
