Margaret A. Lewis (Peggy), 77, passed away peacefully at her daughter and son-in-law's home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

She was born on September 1, 1948, the daughter of the late Nelson and Peg Hood.

Peggy worked many years in housekeeping and at in-home healthcare. She also had in-home daycare for her grandchildren and great-grandchild throughout the years.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and greatly enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, games on her iPod, going to Delaware Park and dancing.

She is survived by her daughter, Pauline Frederick and Son-in-law Daniel Frederick, and a son Garrett P. Lewis (Kim); grandchildren, Stephanie Frederick, Danielle Frederick and Chad Frederick; great-grandchildren, Cole Rife, Chloe Grimm, and Aurora Grimm; her siblings, Anne Taylor, Trudi Hood, John Hood (Beth), Betsy West; many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Florrie Hood, and Susan Dixon, and a niece, Carol White.

Services will be private.
