Linda M. Hart, 72, of Clayton, DE, passed away on Tuesday February 15, 2022, at home with her family.

She was born August 16, 1949, in New Jersey and was raised and lived in Delaware.

She spent most of her life providing childcare for her grandson, nieces, and nephews. She took care of her father once he took ill until his passing. Linda loved spending time with her family - especially her three great-granddaughters whom she cherished.

She is survived by her daughter, Maggie and husband George McMullen, of Clayton DE; a grandson Duncan McMullen, of Clayton DE; great-granddaughters Emma McMullen, Jordan McMullen, and Kenzie Welch; a brother, Randal J. Hart and wife Nancy of Camden DE; two sisters, Helen Coburn and husband Robert of Smyrna DE, and Diana Hart of Clayton DE; 6 nieces, two of whom she was very close to Angelique Coburn and Scarlett Hart; 5 nephews, one of whom she was very close to Reno Hart; 15 great-nieces and nephews; 1 great-great niece.

She was predeceased by both parents, Robert J Hart and Maggie B. Hart; her brother, Robert D. Hart; and a nephew, Robert Coburn III.

Services will be 12 PM Tuesday February 22 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where friends may call at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
