LeChelle "Shelly" Walters, of Smyrna, passed suddenly on January 30, 2015. She was 23. Shelly was a graduate of Polytech High class of 2009. She was retail clerk who enjoyed many things in life including horseback riding, arts & crafts, spending time with her sisters & brothers as well as her close friends. Shelly was lovingly raised by her maternal grandmother Sharon Hafer of Greenwood De & John Chittick of Newark De. She is survived by her mother, Renee Walters of Clayton and her father Darren Foster of New Castle; her sisters & brothers, Tarae, Andre, Aja-Rae, Kyla, Kyle, Camryn, & Tyler as well as a host of many other family & friends who loved her. Services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday February 5 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where friends may call at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
