Judith A. Westby, 73, of Smyrna, DE passed at home Saturday, February 9, 2019. Born in Jersey City, NJ to her late parents, George and Ann Westby. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Hynes, Sr.

Surviving are a son, John P. Hynes, Jr. and wife Jennifer D. Hynes; a step-daughter, Jacqueline Hynes-Thomson; 2 grandchildren, Judith Cassina Hynes and Meagan Riley Hynes.

Committal services and entombment will be held Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Ocean County Memorial Park, Waretown, NJ.
