Judith A. Trafka, 82, of Smyrna, DE, died Saturday, March 18, 2023, in Dover, DE.

She was born August 8, 1940, at Portsmouth General Hospital, Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Grace Smith and Arthur Rand.

She graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1958 and lived in Gloucester, MA. In 1972 she married Ted Trafka and moved to Collingswood, N.J. They moved to a home in Bellmawr and then Runnemede, NJ. She worked at several auto dealerships, then retired in 2006. She loved gardening, casual art, and cats.

She is survived by her husband, Ted Trafka; daughters Kari Rumney of Deptford, NJ and  Kristin Steffen of Portsmouth, New Hampshire; a granddaughter Monica; and a grandson Christopher.

She was pre-deceased by her son, Steven Trafka.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11 AM Tuesday April 25 at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, 55 Ransom Lane, Smyrna.

Interment will in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
