Joseph Cook Sr., of Townsend, DE, became an angel on Sunday March 9, 2014. He was 75. He was born April 12, 1938, and had worked for General Chemical for 38 years. He loved the outdoors, cars, and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Joe Cook Jr.; and his parents, Mary and Mack. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie; his daughter, Jamie Kosiek; and two grandsons, Charlie and Joe.
