Jose Angel Alvarez, of Smyrna, passed away on Monday February 10, 2014. He was 24. Jose had obtained his GED from Elkton High School, and enjoyed hanging out with friends, going to parties, listening to music, and watching Anime. He is survived by his mother, Theresa M. Tirado; father, Miguel A. Alvarez; two brothers, Emiliano Reveron, Jr., and Miguel A. Alvarez; three sisters, Oribel M. Ray, Kristina Tirado, and Lorey J. Alvarez; nieces, Oriana, Soraya, Bailey, Giselle and Thalia; and nephews, Eric, Miguel and Gabriel. A visitation will be held from 2-4:00 PM on Saturday February 15 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna. The funeral service will be at 4:00 PM. Interment will be private.
