John W. Stubbs, passed away on Sunday November 18, 2012 at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Delmar. He was 72. Mr. Stubbs was born in Maryland, the son of the late George Washington Stubbs and the late Eleanor Cole Stubbs. He was employed as a truck driver for many years.
