Joel Patrick Alley, 42, of Smyrna, DE passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.
He was born on April 3, 1973.
He is survived by son J. Patrick Alley Jr., of Salisbury, MD.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna.
A memorial fund to assist with funeral arrangements has been established and will benefit Joel's son, Patrick. Please consider making a donation in lieu of flowers: https://www.gofundme.com/jcd22yzg
