Jill Ann Todd, 70, of Washington D.C., passed away on Aug. 20, 2016 in Dover, DE. Services will be private.

She is survived by a daughter, Megan Klonzaris; grandson Teagun Lucas; sister Patricia Foley; brothers Donald and William Todd; and was a loving and devoted Aunt to many.
