Jeffery Gray Tolman (Jeff), of Smyrna, Delaware, passed away on Thursday February 23, 2017 at Kent General Hospital, Dover, DE. He was 60.

He was born on 8/13/1956 in Worland, Wyoming to Raymond and Georgia Tolman. Blessed with a little sister, Penny, 7 years later.

Married Sandra Sutton 8/16/1975 in Sheridan, Wyoming. They were blessed with two children April and Toby.

Worked for various ranches, Black Hills Bentonite, and Home Depot. Gordon Ranch in Kaycee was always home even when he lived and worked elsewhere. He became a house-husband supporting Sandy's dream of travel nursing. They lived in several places from St. Croix USVI to Palmer, Alaska. He loved the traveling but missed Wyoming and his grandchildren.

He loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, his dogs, and his grandchildren.

Survived by his wife Sandy of 41 years; April (Chris) Schomburg of Smyrna, DE; Toby (Dusti) Tolman of Spring, TX; his grandchildren Dillon, Rowen, Phoebe, Elena, and a granddaughter coming in June; his dad Ray Tolman of Yuma, AZ; Penny (Ken) Orchard of Kaycee, WY; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his trusty friend Roger, his dog of 17 years.

Proceeded in death by his mother, Georgia (Pence) Tolman, his grandparents, and his stepmother Bernie.

Services will be Saturday, March 11, 2017, 2pm at EK Mountain on the Gordan Ranch in Kaycee, Wyoming. A gathering of friends and family for stories and spreading of his ashes in the place he loved most on earth. Reception to follow services at Invasion in Kaycee, Wyoming.
