Jeffery B. Perkins, 64, of Clayton, DE, died Saturday, August 5, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.  Mr. Perkins, son of Newton and Barbara Perkins (Rowe) was born in Davenport, Iowa on September 12, 1952.  He formerly lived in Lawrence, NJ, Goffstown, NH and Ridgefield, CT.  He was a manager of Stony Brook Gardens, Pennington, NJ for over 20 years.

An avid gardener, Mr. Perkins also enjoyed beachcombing, and particularly loved Woodland Beach in Smyrna. He also enjoyed listening to music and woodworking.  Mr. Perkins is survived by his daughter, Nicole K. Trueman and her husband William Trueman, a sister Lynn Perkins of Seattle WA and her son George, another sister Sarah Tierney of Goffstown, NH and her husband Brian and their children Lauren, Brendan, and Ellen, and former spouse Kathryn Perkins of Langhorne, PA.

A memorial service will take place on August 20 for the family and friends.  Contributions may be made in his memory to Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
