Jane Ann Jones, of Dover, and formerly of North Bergen, NJ, passed away at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford on Tuesday March 26, 2013. She was 78. She was born in North Bergen, NJ, the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Steiner. She was a homemaker who enjoyed knitting, ceramics, and camping. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, George A. Jones; two sons, George C. Jones, and Timothy Jones; three daughters, Deborah McClanahan; Valerie Gallagher; and Barbara Siple; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held from 6-8:00 PM on Friday March 29 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna. A second viewing will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday March 30 at the funeral home, with the service at 4:00 PM. Interment will be private.
