Ina Grace Sales, 88, of Dover, DE, passed away at Milford Center, Milford, DE on September 29, 2022.

She was born in Fairbank, PA on November 11, 1933, the daughter of the late Elsie Campbell and Jesse Campbell.

She graduated from cosmetology school in 1956 and was employed as a cosmetologist for many years, working at Oppenheim and Collins, Barbets before starting her own business while raising 3 children and running the house like it was a military mission. She was also the hairdresser for Newark Manor Nursing Home for many years. She co-owned a family candy business with her twin sister for many years in the '80s and '90's.

She enjoyed sewing; candy making with her twin sister, Irene; flower arranging; decorating her home and the Dover First Seventh-day Adventist Church for holidays throughout the year; remodeling projects, including wallpaper, painting and landscaping.  She took great pride in cleaning her ALREADY CLEAN HOUSE!

She was a devoted member of the Dover First Seventh-day Adventist Church from 1972 to the present. She was a teacher in children's sabbath school classes, VBS, decorated the church for holidays, and cooked many meals for potlucks over the years.

She is survived by her children, Joe C Sales, Jr. of Elkton, MD; Roger W Sales of Dover, DE; Kelly L Nesslage and husband Bruce A Nesslage of Elkridge, MD; grandchildren, Evangeline Grace Nesslage of Elkridge, MD and Owen G. Nesslage of Elkridge, MD; her siblings, Helen Baker of Dover, DE; Eugene Campbell, Sr., of New Castle, DE, Geraldine Harkness of Dover, DE; Catherine Rugola of Republic, PA; and Alice Washlock of Mayfield Heights, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Joe C. Sales, Sr.; and her twin sister, Irene Slawter.

A visitation will be held 10:00 AM Friday, October 14th, 2022, at Dover First Seventh-day Adventist Church, 647 Wyoming Ave, Dover, DE, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. A luncheon will be held in the church hall immediately following the service.

Interment will be private for family only at the Delaware Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE.
