Greene Walls, of Dover, DE, passed away on December 8, 2016 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. He was 68.

He was born in Red Fox, KY on November 4, 1948, the son of the late Lucinda Finley and William Walls. He graduated from William Penn High School, Wilmington, DE. Greene retired after many years of service as an employee of New Castle County and later from Kmart.

He enjoyed fishing and playing cards with his brother-in-law Bobby Bullins, son-in-law David, and grandson Tyler. He also enjoyed watching movies with his grandson Craig.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Deloris Cecchi; a sister, Sandy Starrett, and his dog Calie.

He is survived by his wife Jane Walls (married in Elkton, MD on 9/10/94); children, Danielle (David) Fiske; and Theresa (Steve) Skorak; grandchildren, Brian Kennedy; Tyler Pilkinton; Craig Pilkinton; and eight other grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Falkowski; a brother, Bobby (Ellen) Walls; two nephews, Michael and Josh Walls; a niece, Amber Bailey; friends, Charles Brackin, Nora Bullins, and Clyde Reed; and a pet cat, Snowflake.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to everyone who cared for and loved him.

Services and interment will be private.
