Gerald J. Heslinga, of Clayton, passed away at his home on Friday August 12, 2016. He was 67.

He was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He loved cars, shooting pool, and good jokes.

He passed with his friends by his side: Tamie and her grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, and Rylee. He is survived by a sister, Mary.

Services will be private.
