Gary L. Babin, 71, of Smyrna DE, passed away at his home on September 27, 2019.

He was born on December 29, 1947 and served in the Navy in Vietnam.

He was over the road trucking for many years, and later worked at the Matheny School and Hospital for 10 years prior to his retirement in 2011.

He loved casinos and was the ultimate handyman - Gary could fix anything! He also loved animals.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores Babin; a daughter, Kathleen Nowsch; two sons, Gary Babin, and James Babin; step-children, Michael Cetnar, Tricia Young , Sharon Johnson, and Lori Pesi; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his pets, Rosie and Punkin.
