Frances Arlene Harvey (Fran), 68, of Clayton, DE, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, at Bayhealth Kent Campus, Dover, DE.

She was born in Miami, FL on March 3, 1953, the daughter of the late Harry D. & Bernice (Cox) Cain

Fran grew up and attended school in Miami, FL. She enjoyed watching old game shows on TV, and especially enjoyed "Perry Mason". Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family & friends and having barbeques during the summertime.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Harvey; children Steve (Nicole) Hunt, Zachary (Felicia) Hunt; grandchildren, Miranda Hunt, Savana Wayman, Charlotte Hunt, Lucas Holt, Grace Holt, Peyton Holt, Paxton Williams, and Tritan Miller; her siblings Debbie (Dick) Rosengren, Danny Cain, Don Cain, and Sue Jennings (Landy); a step-son, Robert L. Harvey Jr.; her foster-son, Bobby Brockway; numerous nieces, nephews and friends, and sister-in-law, Becky Dye; and Lady, her pet chihuahua.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Bernice Harvey, and "her baby" Chihuahua Minnie Pearl Harvey.

Services will be held 12 PM Friday, January 21, at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, DE, where friends may call at 11 AM. Masks are required by all in attendance.

Burial will be in Sudlersville Cemetery, Sudlersville, MD.
