Daniel Lamont Fields passed away from this world to the next on March 12, 2016 in Dover, Delaware. He was born to the loving union of Roscoe Clement Fields and Juanita (Fields) Harris in Newark, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by Roscoe C. Fields, his maternal grandmother, Mary Hill and paternal grandfather, Johnny Hill, his paternal grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Juanita Harris, his daughter, Brianna Juanita Fields, his loving fiancée, Elizabeth Young, his sisters Toni and Vita Fields, his aunt and Godmother, Bernice McCalla, his cousins, Dawn Young, Chauncey Walker-Whiting (Joseph), Pamela Barker (Charles) and a host of friends, family and loved ones.

Home-Going services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday March 26, 2016 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna. Interment will be private.
