Thomas Dan' Bryson Dan Bryson, 58, of Smyrna passed away on Saturday October 6th, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He served as a U.S. Marine and then worked as a network engineer at Delaware Technical & Community College. He retired in late 2009. Dan was an avid guitar and mandola player and also a connoisseur of Magic, a competitive card game. He was preceded in death by his parents, Judson and Vera Rector Bryson, formerly of Elkton, MD. Dan is survived by his best friend and wife of 25 years, Nancy G. Carlisle; two step children, Kimberly White of Wilmington, DE and Jason (Joni) White of Kelso, WA; Sister in Laws Catharine Tomlins of Beacon, NY and Patricia Carlisle of Seattle, WA; also first cousins Samantha (Tim) Lawruk of Newark, DE and Shane Bryson of Tellico Plains, TN.
