Christopher Charles Fox

Camden – Chris Fox, 52, passed away on October 30, 2021 surrounded by family.

He was born on September 3, 1969 in New Castle, DE, the son of Eileen Fox and the late Eugene Fox.

Chris graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and worked at Napa Auto Parts.

Chris was a volunteer Fireman with both Camden-Wyoming and Marydel Fire Companies.  He was also was a volunteer for Delaware State Fire Police. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Eileen Fox; his wife Susan; son Josh and his wife Courtney; one brother Gene and his wife Jane; two sisters Eileen, Kelly and her husband Tom; nephews and nieces Donald, Joshua, Amanda, Jami, Christine, Eric, Erica and Buddy.

A visitation will be held from 9 - 11:00 AM Wednesday November 10 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 AM Wednesday November 10 at St. Polycarp Church, 55 Ransom Lane, Smyrna. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Newark.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Rd, Newark, DE 19713.
