Bruce Norman Devall, of Smyrna, DE, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday February 3, 2026. He just turned 78 on January 27.

He was born in Lawton, Oklahoma, the son of the late Sherral Clyde Devall and Joy Laverne Johnson Devall. Bruce retired after honorably serving in the United States Navy for 26 years.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Devall; a daughter, Dray-Ann Gates and her husband Ed; a grandson, Grayson Gates; a stepdaughter, Kellie Sullivan; and three granddaughters, Mikayla, Madison, and Myleigh Sullivan.

Services will be private.
