Barnard R. "Barney" Jenkins, Jr., of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday March 7. He was 71. He was born near Felton, DE on June 21, 1941. Barney was a dear friend to all that knew him, and he will be sadly missed by all. He was known to many as "Barney the Junk Man" - a great friend and brother. In addition to his many friends, he is survived by a brother, William Jenkins. Memorial Services will be held 7:30 PM Wednesday March 13 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W.
