Barbara Irene Ramsey, 77, of Marydel, DE, formerly of Baltimore, MD and Hartly, DE passed away on December 16, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 20, 1944.

She was employed in customer service for many years and enjoyed outside activities, BBQ's, swimming, parties, and time with family and friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Cindy (Walker) Chidester (Ronald); grandchildren, Christopher Oman Sr. (Mary), Elizabeth Donithan (Donald), Thomas Oman (Megan), Tyler Chidester, and Alex (Miracle) Chidester; great-grandchildren, Ariel Oman, Kindra Oman, Christopher Oman Jr., Zachary Oman, Ziva Oman, Hailey Donithan, Issac Donithan, and Lacee Donithan.

She was predeceased by her parents, Bessie Long, Bernard Long, and Lloyd Willey; her spouse, William (Bill) Ramsey; a sister, Janice Bowers; two grandchildren, Deja' Epperson and Brennon Oman; and her dogs and cats.
