Anna Phyllis Klein (nee Rongo, Watts) of Clayton, passed away on Wednesday April 13, 2016 at Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. She was 88.

She was born in Freeland, PA on January 28, 1928, the daughter of the late Alfonso Rongo and Maria Giordano Yarrusso Rongo.

Early in life, she was a homemaker and mother of 8 children and resided in New Castle until 1973. She later moved to Clayton and married the late Karl L. Klein. Then she worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She loved living in the rural setting, camping with her family and traveling the country, visiting 49 states and Canada. Anna was a wonderful cook and enjoyed her Sunday spaghetti dinners with family and friends.

Anna was predeceased by her parents, six brothers, two sisters, and two sons.

She is survived by her children, Diana Fuller of South Carolina; Samuel Watts, Jr. of Wilmington; Michele Justis (Vic) of Wilmington; Charles Watts, Sr. of New Castle; Frank Watts (Terri) of Clayton; and Scott Watts (Stacy) of Townsend; and 3 sisters, Carmaleta Brown, of Pennsylvania; Pauline (Joseph) Renai of Wilmington; and Mary J. Woodis of Wilmington; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday April 19 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., where friends may call one hour prior to services.

Interment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Rt. 8, Dover.
