Angelo Figurell, of Middletown, passed away at his home on February 10, 2021. He was 55.

He was born in Wilmington, DE on December 7, 1965, and attended John Dickinson High School. He had formerly lived in Wilmington, DE, Stanton, DE, and Roanoke, VA.

His hobbies included camping, fishing, motorcycles, the beach and being with family. He was a diehard Eagles fan – "Fly Eagles Fly".

Angelo was the comedian of the family – he always knew how to lighten the mood and bring smiles to everyone around him.

He is survived by his children, Courtney Sandhoff, Alberto "Gino" Figurell, Angelo "AJ" Figurell, Jr (Cortney); grandchildren, Michael Sandhoff, Samantha Myers, Marly Figurell, and Rylee Figurell; his mother, Lea Johnston-Laws; siblings,  Angela Dunton, LeighAnn Figurelli, Megan Johnston, Latoya Edwards, Janay Laws and Ean Laws; nephews and nieces, J. Edward Baiocco, Vincent Baiocco (Paola), Laura Barnes (Michael), Shazlynn Dunton, India Johnston, Brazil Burton and Venice Burton.

He was predeceased by: his spouses Rebecca McDonough Figurell (2006), and Melody Kay Figurell (2017).

A visitation will be held from 2-3:30 PM Saturday February 27 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where prayers and remembrances will be offered from 3:30-4 PM.
