Agnes M. Carrow, of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday October 31, 2013 at Pinnacle Rehab and Health Center, Smyrna. She was 90. She was born in Millington, MD, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Mabrey, and had been employed for many years as a food service worker for the Smyrna School District. As a longtime member of Smyrna Wesleyan Church, she enjoyed helping with the small children of the church for many years. She also enjoyed reading and cooking for family dinners. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James W. "Jim" Carrow; four brothers, John, Gilbert, Milton, and William Mabrey; and a sister, Julia Faust. She is survived by four sons, Larry (Barbara) Carrow, of Marydel, MD; Wayne Carrow, of Cheswold; Randy (Sherri) Carrow, of Quantico, MD; and Jeff Carrow, of Wilmington; a daughter, Pam (Mike) Seeley, of Lebanon, MO; a sister, Catherine "Kitty" Myers, of Rising Sun, DE; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services and interment will be held 11:30 AM Thursday November 7 at Glenwood Cemetery, Main St. and Glenwood Ave., Smyrna.
